Early and Late-Stage Debt Collection

We support financial institutions and leasing companies in recovering overdue receivables at every stage of the process – from early reminders through call centers to advanced collection cases requiring field action. Our multilingual teams ensure seamless communication with clients across borders.

Digital and Physical Inventory Audits (Floor Checks)

We perform regular audits of financed assets, particularly vehicles and machinery, at dealerships and end clients. These checks can be carried out either physically by our trained field personnel or digitally via dedicated applications, depending on client preferences. Each audit includes documentation, photographic evidence, and formal reporting.

Inspection of Assets

As part of our control and risk prevention services, we conduct detailed inspections of financed assets – including vehicles, equipment, and machinery – to confirm condition, usage, and location, either on behalf of banks, leasing companies, or insurers.

Personal Collection Visits

Our trained staff conduct face-to-face meetings with clients in the field, aiming to resolve overdue cases through personal contact. These visits are often decisive in negotiating voluntary returns or repayments, while maintaining the client relationship.

Field Intervention, Seizure and Recovery of Financed Assets

We provide full operational support in securing and transporting financed vehicles, machinery, and other mobile assets from defaulting clients. This includes tracking, physical seizure, documentation, and transfer to storage or to the client’s facility – both domestically and across borders.

Detective and Information Services

We assist our clients with asset tracing and debtor location services, especially in cases of disappearance, cross-border fraud, or unregistered users. Our investigative capabilities help prevent losses and initiate further legal or recovery steps.

Full-Service Remarketing

We handle the entire remarketing process of repossessed assets – from collection, transport and storage, through deregistration and valuation, to international resale via auction platforms or direct sale. We ensure legal and logistical compliance across all jurisdictions.

Legal Proceedings and Litigation Support

In collaboration with trusted legal partners and in-house legal departments, we provide assistance in pursuing litigation, including legal debt collection, court enforcement, and representation. We guide clients through every stage of the judicial process, especially in complex or cross-border cases.
