Local expertise, European coordination, and operational excellence.
AVS Group operates in a harmonized model that combines centralized case coordination with decentralized, on-the-ground execution in 12 European countries. This hybrid model ensures that we act quickly, efficiently, and in line with legal and cultural specifics — wherever our clients need us.
How We Operate - The AVS Operational model
End-to-End Services
From early-stage call center contact, to litigation, repossession, transportation, valuation and final remarketing — AVS offers a full operational chain for the management and recovery of financial assets.
Central Case Management
Each client works with a dedicated team responsible for end-to-end case coordination, regardless of the number of jurisdictions involved. We ensure consistency in communication, documentation, and reporting — while streamlining the decision-making process.
Local Execution by Field Experts
Our local teams handle audits, interventions, asset inspections and repossessions directly — with full knowledge of national laws, languages, and logistical conditions. AVS never relies on third parties alone: we act through our own people wherever possible.
Cross-Border Transfer System
Thanks to our internal infrastructure, we seamlessly hand over cases across borders — for example, tracing a vehicle in Germany, recovering it in Croatia, and returning it to a leasing partner in Austria. This network-driven agility makes us the go-to partner for international portfolios.
Digital Support & Transparency
We integrate digital audit tools, secure document exchange and standardized protocols to ensure maximum efficiency, traceability, and real-time updates for clients.
Our Team
Meet the people who lead AVS Group across Europe — combining decades of industry experience, deep local expertise, and cross-border coordination. Our leadership team ensures the consistent quality, legal compliance, and operational efficiency that clients across the continent rely on.

Responsibility
We take full ownership of entrusted cases. Clients can count on us not only for results, but for careful handling of sensitive matters — always in line with legal and ethical standards.
Expertise
Our expertise is built on the integration of legal, operational, and market knowledge, supported by years of experience in managing complex cases.
